Master Road · Essentials

Read what the board already shows.

Six lessons. Find the scene, both sides, the role you care about, and the change already moving through it.

Lesson 00 · The road ahead

From visible structure to a working reading.

Foundations taught you to read the visible structure of a hexagram: begin with the Original Hexagram, read how the upper and lower trigrams meet, locate the Moving Line, then use the inner process and the Changed Hexagram to describe where the scene may move. Keep that method. It remains the anchor for every reading that follows.

Why go further?

That first layer tells you what kind of situation you are in. It does not yet tell you which line represents you, the other side, the money, the pressure, or the result—or why one part of the scene supports, controls, or drains another.

What these six lessons add.

Essentials adds those relationships to the finished Hex Board. You will recognise the Five Elements, choose a Focus, locate Self and Response, follow the active Moving Line, and turn what you find into one clear conclusion. You do not need to place the chart by hand.

Now · EssentialsRead the relationships.

Find the scene, the Focus, both sides, support, control, and movement.

Later · IntermediateMeasure weight and timing.

See which forces can act, when they can act, and which hidden conditions change the picture.

Later · AdvancedBring every layer together.

Combine hexagram meaning, relationships, timing, turning points, and real cases into complete readings.

Essentials is not a preview. It is a complete first method you can use on a real question. Later courses add precision; they do not replace the foundation.
