Payments and Credits

1. Two ways to pay

Card checkout is for membership (Adept and Master), credit packs, and physical goods. The button says “Continue to payment”. The card form opens on Stripe Checkout. Guanxiang does not see or store the full card number, expiry, or security code.

Credit checkout is for written reports, question packs, Live time packs, Master Road stages that are not already included, another Cast or Echo AI reading after the daily allowance, and a Cast AI follow-up after that reading’s allowance. The button says “Confirm and spend credits”. No card is charged on that page. The credit ledger records the spend. If the grant of the purchase fails, the credits are returned.

2. Currency and the statement

Card charges are in US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion fee if your account is in another currency. The descriptor on your statement is the one Stripe shows for Nanyu Digital Creative Limited. Credits are not a dollar balance. A credit pack states how many credits you receive and the dollar price before you continue.

3. Membership renewal

Adept renews monthly and Master renews yearly until you cancel. The price, the interval, and the way to cancel are shown before you pay and on the membership page. Canceling stops the next renewal. Access lasts until 24:00 on the expiry date of the current term. We do not refund the unused part of the current term, except where a mandatory law requires it. Moving from Adept to Master is priced as described in the Terms.

If a renewal charge fails, Stripe may retry under its rules. If it still fails, the membership ends when the paid term ends and the account returns to Scholar.

4. Credits

Credits are closed-loop. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another person, or spent outside Guanxiang. Available credits are the balance minus amounts held for an open Live booking. A hold is released if the booking is cancelled under the Shop Purchase Terms, or captured as the session is billed.

Cast itself does not spend credits. A Cast AI reading and an Echo reading inside the daily allowance do not spend credits. Scholar includes 1 of each a day, Adept 3, and Master 5. Another reading that same local day is 30 credits. A delivered extra reading is not refunded.

A Cast AI follow-up inside that reading’s allowance does not spend credits. Scholar includes 1 follow-up on a reading, Adept 3, and Master 5. The next follow-up on that reading is 10 credits. We ask you to confirm that amount before the question is sent. If you do not confirm, nothing is spent and the question is not sent.

Welcome credits are granted once per tier, as stated in the Terms. Each paid month while Adept or Master is in force also adds gift credits: Adept 80 ✦, Master 100 ✦. Master is billed yearly, and the gift is still monthly. Buying a credit pack adds the pack amount when the card payment clears. Failed or abandoned checkouts do not add credits.

5. Refunds, returns, and cancellations

Ask at [email protected] and include the order. A card refund goes to the original card through Stripe. A refund of a credit-priced shop product goes back as credits on the same account. Credits are not cashed out on request. The same list is in the Terms, section 7.

Membership

• Cancel stops the next Adept month or the next Master year. It does not refund the current term.
• Access lasts until 24:00 on the expiry date of the term already paid.
• The unused part of the current term is not refunded, except where a mandatory law requires it.
• Adept to Master: the yearly price is reduced only by the unused share of the current monthly fee. Days already used are not refunded. The next renewal is the full yearly price.
• Welcome credits are not a cash balance. If a membership is refunded under a mandatory right, unused welcome credits from that grant are removed.
• Monthly gift credits are not a cash balance. If a membership is refunded under a mandatory right, unused gift credits from that term are removed.
• A renewal that fails and stays failed ends the membership with the paid term. The account returns to Scholar.

Credit packs

• You cannot withdraw credits as cash.
• If none of the credits from a pack have been spent, and you ask within 14 days of the charge, and you did not agree at checkout that the credits would be added immediately, the pack is refunded to the original card.
• Checkout asks you to agree that credits are added when the payment clears. Where the law allows, that agreement ends the right to withdraw from that digital supply.
• Once any credit from that pack has been spent, there is no cash refund, except where a mandatory law requires it.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Welcome credits and other gift credits end with the membership term that granted them, if they are still unused.
• A failed or abandoned checkout adds nothing. A chargeback may suspend the credits or access from that charge. If the chargeback succeeds, the purchase is reversed.

Written reports, packs, and Live time

These are paid in credits. The controlling text is the Shop Purchase Terms. In short:

• Hot topic, including Year in Motion and This Month. Use period: 1 month. Unused during that month: full credit refund. After the month, if you have neither booked nor asked for a refund, nothing is returned.
• Four Seasons Compass and Monthly Rhythm. Use period: 1.5 years. Book a unit within 7 days after the solar-term turn. Miss the window and no unit is deducted. Unused during the use period: full credit refund. A partly used pack is broken up at the single-report list price.
• Question Pack. Use period: 6 months for 3 units, 12 months for 5 units, 18 months for 10 units. Each unit may name any available advisor, and the question may be about any person you name. The pack price does not change. Unused during the use period: full credit refund. A used unit is settled at that advisor’s Scholar written-report list price. If no advisor is recorded, the lowest Scholar written-report list price is used. A unit already in writing is settled at half that price. Advisor availability is not a separate refund event.
• Live Session Pack. Use period: 6 months for 60 minutes, 12 months for 120 minutes, 18 months for 180 minutes. Each sitting may name any available advisor, and may be about any person you name. The pack price does not change. No sitting booked: full credit refund during the use period. Cancel before the advisor confirms, or at least 2 hours before the start: minutes return, no deposit. Cancel less than 2 hours before the start, or miss the sitting, and the clock has not started: 20 deposit minutes are taken and the other reserved minutes return. A partly used pack is charged as used minutes plus deposit minutes, each at that advisor’s Scholar per-minute list price. Advisor no-show or a Guanxiang cancellation returns the minutes and takes no deposit.
• A discounted pack or a discounted product refunds the unused portion as credits paid minus the used portion at the original list price. The discount is not kept on the used part. Delivered written units are charged at the original list price, units already in writing at 50% of that list price, and used minutes plus deposit minutes at the minute list price. If that charge reaches what you paid, the refund is zero.
• After writing has started and before the file is in My reports: that unit is settled at 50% of its original list price, unless delivery of that unit is late.
• Once a file is in My reports, it cannot be returned. A file that is incomplete, in the wrong field, or in the wrong language can be reported to support. A rewrite is discretionary.
• Late delivery of a written unit closes that unit with no file, and the credits for it are returned in full. A single report, including a discounted one, returns every credit paid for that order. One unit inside a pack returns the full original list price of that unit. This is not a 30% compensation. Other units in the pack are not refunded by that late delivery. That unit is not deducted again if the unused remainder of the pack is refunded later.
• When the use period ends, unused and unbooked balance is forfeited unless a refund was requested before it ended.
• Two consecutive full refunds of unused orders of the same product class put a third request on manual review.

Other digital supplies

• A Cast or Echo AI reading inside the daily allowance spends nothing. Another reading the same day is 30 credits. A delivered extra reading is not refunded. A Cast AI follow-up inside that reading’s allowance spends nothing. A follow-up bought for 10 credits is not refunded once the answer is delivered. If generation fails, nothing is spent.
• A Master Road stage is supplied when it unlocks on the account. Credits are returned only if it has not unlocked, except where a mandatory law requires a refund.
• A digital file, deck, or PDF placed in your library is not returned. A defective or missing file is replaced.

Physical goods

• A change-of-mind return is accepted if the goods are unused, in the original packing, and you write within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return postage. We refund the item price after inspection. Outbound postage is refunded only if the return is our error.
• Defective, damaged, or wrong goods: write within 14 days of delivery, with photographs. We replace them, or we refund the item price and reasonable return postage.
• Opened or used goods are not refunded for a change of mind.
• If the order included membership time or credits, and those benefits are already on the account when you return the goods, they are charged at the standard price or taken out of the refund.

Spain, the EEA, and other places with a mandatory withdrawal right are covered in the Terms. For goods, that period generally starts on delivery. For digital content, the right is lost only where you expressly agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right. Mandatory local law controls where these rules cannot waive it.

6. Taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Where a checkout must add tax, Stripe Tax or the rate shown on the payment page applies. The amount you confirm is the amount charged.

7. Restricted places

Card charges are for membership, credit packs, and collectible objects, as described in the Terms. Guanxiang is pattern reading for traditional culture study. It is not fortune-telling, not a service for changing luck, and not a prediction that an event will happen. If a payment cannot be completed under the rules that apply to the charge, the purchase does not complete and you are not billed. Mandatory consumer law in your place of residence still applies, including withdrawal rights in Spain and the EEA as described in the Terms.

8. Records

Card sales are recorded on the cash book when the payment clears. Credit spends are recorded on the credit ledger and are not treated as cash sales. You can ask support for a copy of your orders.
