Shop Purchase Terms

These Shop Purchase Terms (the “Terms”) govern the purchase, booking, delivery, and refund of Hot topic written reports and combo packs offered by Guanxiang, operated by Nanyu Digital Creative Limited (Hong Kong).

Effective 11 October 2026. English is the controlling language of these Terms. A shop refund returns credits only. Credits, card payments, and memberships also follow the Payments and Credits policy and the Terms.

1. Application

  1. These Terms apply to every purchase of a Hot topic written report or a combo pack from this shop, including Relationship Reality, Career Leverage, Money Flow, Year in Motion, This Month, Four Seasons Compass, Monthly Rhythm, Question Pack, and Live Session Pack.
  2. By placing an order, the member agrees to these Terms and to the Privacy policy. If these Terms conflict with a product page summary, these Terms prevail.

2. Definitions

  1. Credits means Guanxiang account credits. All prices, payments, refunds, and compensation under these Terms are in Credits only.
  2. List Price means the then-current Scholar (standard) price in Credits. For a Hot topic, Four Seasons, or Monthly Rhythm unit, it is the Scholar Hot topic price. For a Question Pack unit, it is the Scholar written-report price of the advisor named on that unit. If no advisor is recorded, it is the lowest Scholar written-report price. For a Live Session Pack, the minute List Price is the Scholar per-minute price of the advisor named on that sitting. A pack discount does not change the List Price. Naming another available advisor, or naming another person as the subject, does not change the price paid for the pack.
  3. Writing Commenced means the assigned or chosen advisor has confirmed the booking. From that moment the order enters the writing process. The status labels are the same as other Guanxiang written reports: Submitted, Confirmed, Writing, Delivered, Accepted.
  4. Delivered means the file is available to the member under Me, in My reports. Delivery does not depend on the member opening or downloading the file.
  5. Use Period means the period in clause 7 during which the member may book the item or request a refund of an unused order.
  6. Solar-Term Turn means the day a month or a season changes on the solar-term calendar used by Guanxiang. Season turns are the Beginning of Spring, the Beginning of Summer, the Beginning of Autumn, and the Beginning of Winter.
  7. Deposit Minutes means twenty (20) minutes deducted from a Live Session Pack under clause 14.

3. Credits only

  1. These products may be purchased with Credits only. Cash checkout is not offered.
  2. Any refund or compensation under these Terms is paid in Credits to the same account. These Terms do not themselves refund Credits for cash. Any later refund of those returned Credits follows the Guanxiang credits usage rules, which will be set separately.

4. Order and booking

  1. After payment, the item is sent to Me, under My reports. Writing does not start at payment. The member must book on My reports and submit the information Guanxiang asks for.
  2. A Hot topic report is due within twenty-four (24) hours after the member has booked and submitted the required information.
  3. A question-specific report (including each used unit of a Question Pack) may be delivered from eight (8) hours after a complete brief is submitted.
  4. Until the advisor confirms the booking, the order remains Submitted. Writing has not commenced.

5. Written-report status

  1. Submitted: the member has booked; the advisor has not confirmed. Writing has not commenced.
  2. Confirmed and Writing: the advisor has accepted the booking. Writing has commenced.
  3. Delivered: the file is in My reports.
  4. Accepted: the member has accepted a delivered file, or the acceptance period has closed. The file remains Delivered for the purpose of refunds.

6. Delivery

  1. Written reports are delivered as downloadable files under Me, in My reports.
  2. Live Session Pack minutes appear under Me, in My Live Sessions, when the order is paid. A sitting is delivered when that sitting ends, and its chat history remains available in My Live Sessions.
  3. Digital delivery has no shipping charge.

7. Use periods

  1. Hot topic (including Year in Motion and This Month): one (1) month from the date of purchase.
  2. Four Seasons Compass and Monthly Rhythm: one and a half (1.5) years from the date of purchase.
  3. Question Pack: six (6) months for 3 units, twelve (12) months for 5 units, and eighteen (18) months for 10 units. Units may be booked at any time during that period, subject to the chosen advisor’s published availability.
  4. Live Session Pack: six (6) months for 60 minutes, twelve (12) months for 120 minutes, and eighteen (18) months for 180 minutes.
  5. When the Use Period ends, any unused and unbooked balance is forfeited. No refund is due for that balance unless a refund was requested before the Use Period ended.

8. Refunds in general

  1. Refunds under these Terms are in Credits only. Any later refund of those Credits follows Payments and Credits.
  2. An order that has not been booked, and for which Writing has not commenced, may be refunded in full at any time during the Use Period. There is no requirement to make a first booking before a full unused refund may be requested.
  3. After Writing has commenced and before Delivery, a refund of that unit, if available under these Terms, is fifty percent (50%) of the List Price of that unit.
  4. After Delivery, the digital item may not be returned or refunded.

9. Unused orders

  1. “Unused” means the member has not booked the item, or has booked it but the advisor has not confirmed, so that Writing has not commenced.
  2. An unused order may be refunded in full during the Use Period, including an unused Question Pack and an unused Live Session Pack.
  3. If the Use Period ends and the member has neither booked nor requested a refund, the Credits are not returned.

10. Partial refunds

  1. A discounted pack or a discounted product that has been partly used is settled on the unused portion only. The discount is not kept on the used portion. The used portion is charged at List Price, which is the original price, not the discounted price.
  2. Refund Credits equal Credits Paid minus that used portion. If the List Price charge for what has been used is equal to or greater than Credits Paid, Refund Credits are zero (0).
  3. Consumed Credits are the sum of:
    1. each Delivered written unit multiplied by the written-report List Price;
    2. each unit for which Writing has commenced but which is not Delivered, multiplied by fifty percent (50%) of the written-report List Price;
    3. sitting minutes actually used, plus any Deposit Minutes, multiplied by the minute List Price.
    4. A written unit refunded in full under clause 15 is not included. It has already been returned at List Price, or, for a single report, as every credit paid.
  4. Unused units remaining in the pack after that deduction are reflected only in the residual Credits Paid. They are not refunded again at List Price.

11. Hot topic reports

  1. Clause 7.1 and clauses 8 and 9 apply.
  2. If Writing has commenced and the file is not yet Delivered, clause 8.3 applies.
  3. If the file is Delivered, clause 16 applies.
  4. If Guanxiang fails to deliver on time, clause 15 applies.

12. Four Seasons Compass and Monthly Rhythm

  1. Each season or month is a separate writing. The member books that unit on My reports when it is due.
  2. A Monthly Rhythm unit may be booked within seven (7) days after the relevant Solar-Term month turn. A Four Seasons Compass unit may be booked within seven (7) days after the relevant Solar-Term season turn.
  3. If the member does not book in that seven-day window, no unit is deducted. The member may book in a later window during the Use Period.
  4. An entirely unused pack may be refunded in full during the Use Period. A partly used pack is settled under clause 10.
  5. If Guanxiang fails to deliver one unit on time, clause 15 applies to that unit only.

13. Question Pack

  1. Each unit becomes one question-specific written report when the member books it. The member chooses any available advisor and must use a time that advisor has marked as available. The question may be about any person the member names. The pack price does not change with the advisor or the person named. Guanxiang does not treat “the chosen advisor has no time” as a separate refund event.
  2. A used unit is settled at that advisor’s Scholar written-report List Price. A unit already in writing is settled at half that List Price.
  3. An unused pack may be refunded in full during the Use Period.
  4. A partly used pack is settled under clause 10.
  5. If Guanxiang fails to deliver one used unit on time, clause 15 applies to that unit only.

14. Live Session Pack

  1. Minutes are added to My Live Sessions on the member’s personal page when the order is paid. There is no written file. The member books and manages each sitting there.
  2. Each sitting carries a minimum charge of twenty (20) minutes. After the first twenty (20) minutes, additional consultation time is deducted from the pack to the exact second.
  3. The member may divide the balance across dates, questions, and available advisors until the balance is exhausted or the Use Period ends. Each sitting may be about any person the member names. The pack price does not change with the advisor or the person named.
  4. Advisors may publish different standalone rates. Choosing another available advisor does not add a separate advisor-rate charge to the purchased minutes. Used minutes and Deposit Minutes are settled at that advisor’s Scholar per-minute List Price.
  5. Completed chat history remains available to the member in My Live Sessions.
  6. An unused pack (no sitting booked) may be refunded in full during the Use Period.
  7. If a sitting is cancelled before the advisor confirms it, or at least two (2) hours before the confirmed start, the minutes of that sitting return to the pack. No Deposit Minutes are taken.
  8. If the member cancels a confirmed sitting less than two (2) hours before the start, and the advisor has not started the clock, Guanxiang deducts twenty (20) Deposit Minutes from the pack. Any other minutes reserved for that sitting return to the pack.
  9. Once the advisor starts the clock, the sitting is timed whether or not the member is in the room. The charge is the time the clock runs, and at least twenty (20) minutes. If the member does not end the sitting, the clock runs through the booked time.
  10. After the booked time, if the member has joined the room and has not ended the sitting, it may continue while remaining credits or pack minutes cover the next minute. During that extra time, the member or the advisor may end the sitting. Ending asks for confirmation. If the member never joins, the clock stops at the end of the booked time.
  11. If the member then requests a refund of the pack, Deposit Minutes are consumed at the minute List Price under clause 10. Example: a late cancel or a missed sitting adds 20 minutes to Consumed Credits at the minute List Price, in addition to minutes already used in completed sittings.
  12. If the advisor does not attend, or Guanxiang cancels the sitting, the minutes return to the pack. No Deposit Minutes are taken.
  13. A partly used pack is settled under clause 10.

15. Failure to deliver on time

  1. If Writing has commenced and Guanxiang does not place the file in My reports within the time in clause 4, Guanxiang shall close that written unit. The member will not receive that file.
  2. Guanxiang shall then return the credits for that written unit in full. This is a full credit refund. No thirty percent (30%) compensation is paid.
  3. A single written report, including a discounted single product, is refunded as every credit paid for that order.
  4. One written unit inside a pack, including a discounted pack, is refunded at the full List Price of that unit. The pack discount does not reduce that refund. Other units in the same pack are not refunded by this clause.
  5. A unit refunded under this clause is not counted again as consumed if the member later refunds the unused portion under clause 10. Credits already returned for that unit are taken off Credits Paid before the unused portion is calculated, so the same unit is not refunded twice.

16. No return after delivery

  1. Once a written report is Delivered, it is a digital good and may not be returned or refunded.
  2. If the member believes the file is incomplete, names the wrong field, or is not in the agreed language, the member may contact support. Any rewrite or other remedy is at Guanxiang’s discretion and is not an automatic refund.

17. Changes after writing has commenced

  1. After Writing has commenced, a change of question, field, or other material brief is not processed as a self-service amendment. The member must contact support.

18. Credits rules

  1. The issue, hold, use, expiry, and any restriction on Credits, including Credits returned under these Terms, are governed by Payments and Credits.
  2. A refund of a shop order returns Credits to the same account. It does not, by itself, refund those Credits for cash. Any later refund of Credits follows Payments and Credits.

19. Repeated unused refunds

  1. If the same account receives two (2) consecutive full refunds of unused orders of the same class of product, a third such request is held for manual review before Credits are returned.

20. Nature of the reading

  1. Guanxiang reports and sittings are pattern reading for cultural study and personal reflection. They are not fortune-telling, not a prediction that an event must happen, and not a service for changing luck. They are not legal, medical, psychological, financial, or employment advice, and they are not a basis for action.

22. How these terms sit with the other policies

  1. Credit-priced reports, question packs, and Live time packs on the shop are paid in credits. These articles control that purchase if a shorter product blurb conflicts, including the use period.
  2. Memberships, credit packs, and physical goods are paid by card. Refunds of those purchases, and any later cash refund of credits, follow Payments and Credits.
