RefundsCredits only. A shop refund returns credits only. Any later refund of those credits follows Payments and Credits. If no sitting has been booked, full refund during the use period: 6 months for 60 minutes, 12 months for 120 minutes, or 18 months for 180 minutes.Cancel before the advisor confirms, or at least 2 hours before the start, and the minutes return to the pack.Cancel less than 2 hours before the start, or miss the sitting, and 20 minutes are taken as a deposit. If you then return the pack, those 20 minutes are charged at that advisor’s standard per-minute price.Each sitting may name any available advisor, and may be about any person.
