RefundsCredits only. A shop refund returns credits only. Any later refund of those credits follows Payments and Credits. If no unit has been used, full refund during the use period: 6 months for 3 units, 12 months for 5 units, or 18 months for 10 units.Each unit may name any available advisor, and the question may be about any person. The pack price does not change. Book a time that advisor has marked as available.A used unit is settled at that advisor’s standard written-report price. A unit already in writing is settled at half that price.If some units are used, the unused portion is the credits you paid minus those units at the original list price (50% of that list price if writing has started).
