Good to know before you top up.
Purchased credits and gift credits are different.
Purchased credits never expire. Welcome and membership gift credits expire with their applicable period. Gift credits are used first, then purchased credits.
Can I refund unused purchased credits?
Refunds are calculated per top-up: the amount paid, minus $0.10 for each purchased credit already used from that top-up, with a minimum refund of $0. Gift credits are not refundable. A refund is not the remaining balance multiplied by $0.10.
Does a bigger pack change what one credit can do?
No. Every purchased credit is spent in the same way. Bigger packs lower the average purchase price per credit. Compare the service price and your available balance before choosing a pack.
Is a membership required?
A registered account can buy advisor services at standard prices. Paid membership gives eligible service discounts and other benefits, but does not reduce credit-pack prices.
